CogniState long distance US domestic rate is 3.45 cents per minute for state-to-state calls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas). The calls are billed in 6-second increments with 6-second minimum per call for domestic and 30-second minimum for International calls.

The service has NO monthly fee or any hidden fees! Minimum taxes charged are Universal Service Fund at 9.7%, a 3% federal excise tax and 3.67% Carrier Recovery Charge. Businesses are assessed a PICC charge that varies by state. There are no PICC charges for residential customers. Rates are subject to change anytime without prior notification.
